The most common reason online orders are declined is a billing address mismatch. The billing information provided in the order form must accurately match the billing address on your credit card billing statement. This is true for credit card as well as PayPal purchases. If addresses don't match the order will be declined.

For shipping to other than the billing address.
There is a separate area for the Shipping Address. If shipping and billing address are the same simply check the box indicating "Same as Above".

It is our policy to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail.

You should receive your CD within 3-4 postal days. Why? These financial companies are very prompt payers.

If you pay by American Express or Discover.
You should receive your CD within 3-7 postal days. Why? These financial companies are often slow payers.
